How it works

Four agents. Eight steps.

Xeostack shows you four agents — Business, SEO, Content and AI Search. Behind them, eight steps run in sequence, each reading what the one before it produced. Research becomes a ranked list, the list becomes drafted pages, the pages get published to your CMS, and what happens next feeds back into the ranking. You work with the four; the eight are how.

What you see, and what runs

Four agents in the product. Eight steps behind them.

Business Agent01 – 02 · Who you are, who buys from you, and who you are up against.
SEO Agent03 – 04 · Where the demand is, and which gaps are worth taking first.
Content Agent05 – 06 · What each page has to do, then writing and publishing it.
AI Search Agentnightly · Whether AI answers cite you, and whether their crawlers can read you.
Results07 – 08 · What the work did, and the brief that tells you each morning.

Business Agent — steps 01 and 02

Before it writes a word, it learns the business.

Most content tools start at the keyword. That is why so much AI content reads like it was written about a category rather than a company. The first two steps belong to the Business Agent and the third to the SEO Agent; everything downstream is built on what they find.

01

Business analyst

Reads your site and works out what you actually sell, who buys it, and how the money is made.

Produces — A business profile the rest of the pipeline is built on
02

Customer researcher

Derives your buyers' personas and objections — and the words they really type, which are rarely the words you use.

Produces — Personas, objections, real search vocabulary
03

Search demand researcher

Maps demand across the whole buying journey, from first question to ready-to-buy, and finds the keywords in each part of it.

Produces — A demand map and a keyword set per stage

The handoff

Every agent after this reads all three.

This is the part that makes it a pipeline rather than a toolbox. The strategist does not guess at your positioning and the writer does not guess at your buyer — both are handed what research established, so nothing drifts off-message between one step and the next.

SEO and Content Agents — steps 04 to 06

Ranked by what it is worth, not by what is easy.

A list of two hundred keyword gaps is not a plan. These three turn the research into an order of work, then into pages.

04

Opportunity engine

Scores every gap it can see and ranks them, so the list starts with what is worth doing rather than what is easiest to find.

Produces — A ranked list, highest impact first
05

Content strategist

Turns each opportunity into a blueprint: what the page has to cover, how it should convert, what it competes against.

Produces — A content and conversion plan per piece
06

Content writer

Writes the brief and the draft, to the strategy rather than to the keyword.

Produces — A production-ready article or page

Content Agent — publishing

It lands on your site, not in an export folder.

Approve a draft and Xeostack publishes it where your site actually lives, then tells Google it exists. Nothing waits on you copying and pasting.

WordPressHosted or self-hosted, with categories and images set

And what it reads back

Google Search ConsoleReal ranking and impression data, not estimates
Google AnalyticsSo the ranking tells you which pages matter
Google Indexing APINew pages submitted the moment they publish
X and LinkedInPosts drafted from the article, on approval

Results — steps 07 and 08

The last two steps make the next run better.

07

Analytics

Watches what the published work actually did, and feeds that back so the next round of scoring knows more than the last.

Produces — Performance, and a sharper ranking next time
08

Daily brief

Pulls the day into one thing worth reading: new article ideas, optimisation actions, and what your competitors changed.

Produces — One brief, every day, on your dashboard

Between runs

It does not stop when you close the tab.

The pipeline above runs when you start it. These three run on their own, whether or not anyone is watching — the nightly one is the AI Search Agent, which is why it owns no numbered step above.

HourlyAnything approved is pushed to your CMS — you do not have to be there for it.
NightlyYour pages are re-scanned for AI-search readiness, and the result is kept as a dated snapshot so you see the trend, not just tonight.
DailyThe brief is rebuilt: new ideas, new actions, and any competitor movement since yesterday.

All of it reports into the activity log on your dashboard, in plain sentences, as it happens — so “working in the background” is something you can read rather than something you are asked to believe.

See it run on your own site.
